The markets sold off yesterday, but did so in some what of an orderly fashion. The S&P closed right in the area of some support around 1040-1042. This morning we had a Q3GDP reading that came in better than expected, and futures have jumped on this data. We have had a nice pull back over the past week, and as we mentioned yesterday, we are going into the end of the month. The positive GDP news this morning could be the fuel the institutions need to push us back up today and tomorrow. We still believe taking some profits on longer term positions is the right move, however, for the shorter term trade, we would look to buy a pull back this morning, using yesterday's lows as a stop. As always, use stops/trailing stops you are comfortable with. Currently, futures are pointing to a lower opening.
